Our client is one of Australia’s leading family-owned providers of allied health and workplace rehabilitation services. For over 30 years they have delivered high-quality, evidence-based, client-centred care and are now growing their team on the Central Coast. This role has been purposefully designed for new graduate to early career Occupational Therapists who want the best of both worlds, a supportive workplace rehabilitation role where you can keep using and developing your clinical OT skills, not step away from them. You’ll join a friendly, multidisciplinary team and work with clients across the Central Coast in homes, workplaces, medical centres and clinic settings. With structured supervision, shadowing, and ongoing mentorship, you’ll be guided through the transition from student to confident clinician. About the role: Build your foundations in Occ Rehab – Support injured workers to recover and return to meaningful roles through evidence-based OT interventions. Use your clinical skills every day – Complete functional capacity, ADL, ergonomic and workplace assessments, plus opportunities to be involved in direct therapy and graded activity programs. Diverse settings – See clients in their homes, workplaces and clinic environments across the Central Coast region. Collaborate & learn – Work closely with experienced OTs, rehab consultants, employers, GPs and treating teams to develop holistic, goal-based plans. Grow as you go – As your confidence builds, take on more complex cases and explore areas of interest such as NDIS, pain management, or specific clinical specialties. What’s on offer: Competitive Salary – Up to $90,000 super bonus structure , with clear review points as your skills and independence grow. Structured New Grad Support – Comprehensive induction, shadowing, and a staged caseload so you’re never thrown in the deep end. 1:1 Supervision & Mentoring – Regular supervision with senior clinicians, case reviews, and access to a supportive leadership team. Clinical Development Opportunities – Internal and external PD, study leave options and support to build a clinical niche (e.g. musculoskeletal, mental health, NDIS, ergonomics). Flexible Work-Life Balance – Flexible hours, some WFH options for report writing, and autonomy over your day once you’re settled. Local Caseload – Clients allocated close to your home base on the Central Coast to minimise travel time. Wellbeing Focus – A genuinely supportive culture, manageable KPIs, wellness initiatives and a team that prioritises your mental health as much as your professional growth. Career Progression – Clear pathways into senior OT, specialist clinical roles or team leadership once you’re ready. If you’re a new grad or early career Occupational Therapist who wants strong support, room to grow and the chance to keep your clinical OT identity while stepping into occupational rehab, this Central Coast opportunity could be the perfect next step.
